She was great in the lead up to our big day, explained everything very clearly and was happy to answer all our questions including on skype video calls. The day itself was amazing and Michela ensured that everything ran smoothly with regards to the ceremony. She even helped translate to ensure the harpist played the correct songs for us! What we loved especially is, after having tailor made our ceremony, to go through the exact speech with you via Skype. We felt perfectly prepared for the actual ceremony, and knew nothing could go wrong.
